Three Sheets To The Wind
Three Sheets to The Wind is about many things, the recurring line being down and out and looking for a helping hand. In the mix are surrealistic Bunuel-Dali images that paint a chaotic atmosphere of Mexican Gods and Scorpions on Mars -- all sung by a drunkard sprawled out on a Memphis side street.

Apron Paintin Baby is all about a girl standing under a chandelier in a New Orleans hotel. That girl happens to be my fiance now, written when we spent several months on the beach in Amagansett. Of the songs I’ve written, this one is particularly special.
